Terms of Use

1. Definitions

Account means the registered user profile you use to access the Platform. Content means any text, image, code, or data made available on the Platform. Items means digital game credits, top-up codes, gift cards, or other digital products offered for sale on the Platform. Services means all features, tools, and functionality made available through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an Account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• We may decline to register an Account, or may suspend an existing Account, at our reasonable discretion, including where information provided appears false, misleading, or is associated with prior misuse of the Platform.

3. License to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, copy, or exploit the Platform or its Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including purchasing Items with stolen payment methods.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Account, system, or network connected to the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, except as permitted by law.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our prior written permission.

5. Items and Digital Products

Items sold on the Platform are digital products delivered electronically (for example, as a code, PIN, or direct account top-up). Once delivered, Items are provided by the respective publisher or issuer subject to that publisher's or issuer's own terms of service. Etopup Play acts as an authorized reseller and is not responsible for how a third-party publisher operates its own service. Purchase and use of Items is further governed by our Terms of Sale .

6. Account Balance

Where we make an account balance or store-credit feature available, such balance may only be used to purchase Items on the Platform, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire or be forfeited if your Account is closed for violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Availability of Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including for scheduled maintenance, security reasons, or changes required by a publisher or payment partner. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free of errors or interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and other Content on the Platform, other than third-party publisher marks used to identify their products, are owned by or licensed to Etopup Play and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Etopup Play will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Platform in a way that harms Etopup Play, other users, or our partners. You may stop using the Platform and close your Account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cambodia, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
